Talk about being lucky, or is it unlucky? I was assigned to go to Petaling Street with Zul, Alex and Fairis to take pictures for our Photo Ethics Journal. I said lucky because the traffic wasn’t that bad (very surprising for a Saturday) so we managed to arrive to the scene about an hour ahead of schedule. And then it was time to click. We barely had ten shots when suddenly we saw the peddlers scurrying around with their goods, an obvious sign that the authorities were nearby. I even managed to snap a photograph of this guy informing the others on his walkie-talkie about the arrival of the police, which was suicidal. Luckily he was too engrossed in his work that he didn’t have time to deal with me, though he managed to give me a fierce glance for a second.
So then we decided, let’s just head over to Central Market which is a stone’s throw away from PS to obtain more pictures. So we managed to obtain a number of interesting shots over there before all of us (except me) had lunch together (I just had a drink ;p). Even though each of us had taken more than 20 photographs, we still felt rather empty inside so on the way back we had a five minute stop at Bukit Bintang and took a couple of pictures there. Now that is a place where you wouldn’t wanna go on a Saturday evening, the traffic jam almost drove me to the brink of sanity! lol. All in all though, it was an enlightening excursion because it made me wanna go there again soon to shop! Hmm, bringing her along at the end of the month would be a good idea, wouldn't you want that dear? ;)

Can you believe this?? Could my beloved fam in college be on the verge of splitting/breaking up? Is this true or could it be just a misconception of words that turned into a bitter psychological war caused by third party infidels? Ya Allah ya tuhanku, tunjukkanlah jalan yang benar kepada hambamu yang sesat ini, berikanlah daku jawapan dan kekuatan untuk meneruskan perjuangan kehidupan ini…Amin.
